HOUSE THE ENSOLEILLADE

Mediterranean house completely renovated located 500m (8mn walk) from the beach of Saint Cyr sur Mer.
It is in the center of a closed and quiet subdivision on a plot of 400m2.
It is adjacent to a parking and a green plot that allows children to play.
Very bright, the house is composed of a large living room of 50m2 with living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 2 of them double bedding and for the last, two single beds and a bathroom and toilet.
A deposit of 1000 euros will be required at the entrance of the place, it will not be cashed, but returned to the exit in case of no damage.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Sehr nette Vermieterin und gute Kommunikation, ein tolles Haus, sehr schöne Terrasse und schöner Garten. Insgesamt sehr toll für Familienurlaub und Urlaub mit Kindern. Wir kommen gerne für weitere Familienurlaube wieder.Vielen Dank!

Het vakantiehuis was ruimer, luxer en moderner dan we hadden verwacht. Mooie grote tuin rondom het huis waar de kinderen heerlijk gespeeld hebben. Ruime inventaris, alle spullen aanwezig. Sehr schöne Zeit

Schönes Haus in toller Lage, wir haben viel Zeit am Strand und mit Wandern verbracht. Das Haus wurde komplett renoviert und ist an einigen Stellen noch nicht ganz fertig, aber das stört überhaupt nicht. Der Garten ist wunderschön und man hat einen gemütlichen überdachten Sitzplatz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerne wieder!

Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir haben mit der Familie (5 Erwachsene) eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet und neu renoviert - ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind noch fertig zu stellen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage in einer abgeschlossenen Wohneinheit war sehr gut und ruhig und zum Strand waren es zu Fuß nur ca. 8 Minuten auch die Innenstadt mit dem schönen Markt am Sonntagmorgen ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus mit Garten in der Nähe vom Strand

Wir haben Anfang Juli 2 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und gut eingerichtet. Die Terasse ist überdacht und mit Blick in den Garten sehr schön gestaltet. Abends scheint die Sonne auf die Terasse. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und die Temperatur in den Schlafzimmern kann ganz nach Bedarf separat eingestellt werden. Es ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. (So konnten wir unser Gepäck entsprechend reduzieren. ) Die Vermieterin hat uns auf Nachfrage auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt (Kostet extra). Das Haus ist ca. 8 Gehminuten vom Stand entfernt. Der Strand ist über 1 km lang. Bis in die Stadt sowie auch zum Hafen sind es zu Fuß ca. 20/25 Minuten. Anders als in den umliegenden Städten gibt es hier aber weniger Geschäfte/Boutiquen etc.. Generell gibt es aber alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieterin sprach auch etwas Deutsch. Der Kontakt erfolgte über Telefons / SMS. Uns hat das Haus und die Lage sehr gut gefallen und wir können es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
