We will welcome you in this new apartment of 67m2 on the ground floor with private garden. The apartment is located in a very quiet residence with secure private parking. The beach is only 9 minutes on foot by a coastal path, and the shops of Combrit at 2km.
There are tennis courts, a heated swimming pool (01. 05/01. 10) and a bicycle storage room (bikes not provided).
You will enjoy a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.

Très bon séjour

Logement très propre et bien équipé: même les torchons étaient là. Super communivation avec l'hôte qui a été très arrangeante pour notre départ. Nous avons fait tous les trajets jusqu'à la plage en vélo (environ 10min en vélo, plutôt 30 à pied) par un petit sentier.

L appartement est agréable et calme, proche d une superbe plage. Malheureusement, nous avions besoin de connexion Internet pour le travail et sans wifi et une réception 4G quasi nulle, c était compliqué.

calme, confort ok, à 20 mn à pieds de la mer accessible pas un sentier, supermarché à 5 mn en voiture, centre équestre à 600m, piscine dispo pour les résident à partir d'avril... La propriétaire est de bons conseils, disponible et avenante. Bon séjour
