We stayed at this house for a Notre Dame football weekend. Location was a 10/10!!Check in process was super easy. Doug was an easy person to communicate with.The house itself was clean and cozy. AC downstairs worked really well, but the upstairs AC was loud and made it hard to sleep with it on. The shower head definitely needs to be replaced, as well as the paper drapes in the living room. Overall this house is fine for a weekend stay.

ND Football Weekend

The house was very cozy. Check-in was easy and convenient. Host communicated well and was helpful. Trader Joe's was very close to the house for groceries. Notre Dame was also an easy walk. The location was perfect. Would definitely book again. Thank you so much!

Notre Dame OSU base camp

I’d challenge you to find a better house location for the price. We had a guys trip to South Bend for the ND OSU game. Location was a perfect walking distance to Eddy St Commons and campus. Doug was very responsive leading up to our stay. We had zero issues while staying on site as well. I’d highly recommend this house!

The location was excellent! Unfortunately there is no driveway to park your car. There is street parking but when venues are magnitude the parking fills up fast. The cleanliness of the house needed to be better maintained along with an odor to the home of possible mold . House has potential if it was better kept up and more TLC.

Quick and easy walk to campus. There is a Trader Joes within walking distance and a park across the street. The home was clean and fit the 6 of us in our family comfortably. I wish there were better window coverings. The paper shades in the front didn't fully cover the windows. Both Friday and Saturday night, there was a gathering of several adults in the park/playground across the street until about 10 p.m They had their cars parked out front and lined up running with music for a good amount of time while they were in the park hanging out. It seemed like it was a normal thing on the weekends.

The location was perfect - walkable to Trader Joe's, restaurants and bars, and campus. The host kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in, which was super helpful on dorm move-in weekend, and the host's communication was excellent. Set your expectations for a college experience - no central A/C upstairs but there are fans, kitchen had the basics and a clean fridge, the bathrooms, couch, and bedding are par for a college student's house but are not the quality one would typically see in a vacation rental. The neighborhood had some street noise from cars, but it was generally quiet. The host made it easy to access the property, and his instructions were very clear. Helpful tip: it is easier to back into the parking area behind the house than to pull in forward. It was nice to be able to park off of the street, although there is also street parking available in front of the house.

Billy Joel concert at Notre Dame

The property was great for the most part. The only issue was the air conditioner upstairs didn't have the drain hose hooked up so we had to empty out the drip pan ourselves to keep the air running. If not on, it can get very hot upstairs.

Notre Dame moveout

Nice location, check in and communication good with owner. House has basics but not more. Coffee maker broken and owner brought a new one promptly. No curtains in windows, just paper shades which could not really be adjusted. Shower would be better with a new showerhead. Would stay here again for the price but a few upgrades would be nice.
