In a quiet area located 500 m from the beach through the dunes and 2 kms from the pedestrian streets of Saint Jean de Monts, in front of bike paths (several tens of kilometers of bike path that go from Noirmoutier en L'Ile up to 'à la Tranche sur Mer'), 13 km from the center of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie where fishing ports and marinas, markets energize the seaside resort all year round
This housing of 61 m2 completely redone in spring 2019 consists of:

Upon arrival, a deposit for accommodation and a cleaning deposit will be collected. They will be returned at the end of the stay if everything is clean and in good condition.
