Gite located at the edge of a small pond (formerly used as a mill for
grind wheat to make flour) between SARLAT (11km) and the EYZIES (9km) world capital of prehistory CHATEAU DE PUYMATIN (5km) with the ghost of the DAME BLANCHE, CHATEAU DE COMMARQUE (4km).
Spacious house of 110 m2 with terrace, balençoire and barbecue.
The interior of the house consists of:
- Independent equipped kitchen.
- Dining room.
- Living room with sofas and HD TV
- Bedroom with bedding 140 bathroom and toilet. (1)
- Bedroom with bedding 140 bathroom and toilet. (2)
- Cot and high chair on request
the cleaning is done by the tenants.

You can practice hiking, on foot or by bike, to discover all the wonders of Périgord Noir (GR 6 to 100 m)
Finally, take the time to visit must-see and prestigious tourist sites: castles, museums, chasms, caves, etc. You will be ideally located near the Vézère, the Dordogne, the Roque Gageac and Eyzies, for discovery of landscapes all more superb than each other.
