If you are traveling to Verona with your family or with a group of friends and want a bit of style and comfort, then this elegant apartment is perfect for you.
Located on the foot of Torricelle hills near Ponte Pietra, this recently refurbished apartment has many wonderful features such as a gorgeous wooden floor, elegant subtle lighting, quality furnishings, plenty of natural light and a nice balcony with table and seats.
The spacious living room contains a large L-shaped white sofa, a 60" Samsung OLED TV with intl channels (CNN, BBC etc.), and NETFLIX.
A dining table for eight guests. The kitchen is modern and state of the art with a beautiful white lacquered finish and comes complete with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal.
The three large bedrooms consist of one with a comfortable king-size bed and a 50" Samsung Oled TV with Chromecast and NETFLIX, one with bunk beds and one with two single beds, all with plenty of closet space and if you have small children we can provide a baby cot and/or a small bed perfect for a child.
The balcony is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city while two bathrooms ensure no overcrowding.
Are fitted out with a shower and the other is fitted out with a bathtub/shower combination.
Amenities include a washing machine, an iron and board, a dishwasher, a microwave, a hairdryer, high-quality linen and towels, and a complimentary hi-speed fiber Internet connection, without limitations.
A covered parking place in the building completes the features of this truly wonderful base to discover this great city.

A fantastic base for exploring a lovely city

My wife and I stayed here with our 10 year old daughter and had a wonderful time. It is extremely spacious, impeccably clean and with all the facilities that one could want. Michele is polite, helpful and speaks excellent English. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was an agreeable one. The flat is in a safe, quiet residential area, only a 10 minute walk from the heart of Verona. I cannot speak too highly of this property - it is the best we have stayed in.

Wonderful apartment but not for a family with 5 adults.

The apartment is wonderful but the bedding leaves a lot to be desired. The bunk beds are for kids and one of the twin beds is a cot which was very uncomfortable. The apartment would be perfect for a family with small kids. Not 5 adults.

Really lovely home in a lovely neighborhood.

Our family of 4 (my husband and I, with our 15 and 18 year old sons) stayed in the apartment mid-July for 4 nights. We loved the location (a quiet neighborhood) and we loved the space. The kitchen was great for making breakfast and a few meals. The over all space was huge, especially compared to other European rentals. It was nice to have the washer and I loved having a drying rack outside on the balcony for quick drying our clean clothes. I was surprised that the apartment was advertised with a parking space, but found only when we got there that we had needed to request it and pay more. It didn't matter, as there was plenty of parking on the streets, it just that it was misrepresented. We were also given only 2 bedrooms for the 4 of us, though the space was advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment. Be sure to clarify when you book. These are not complaints, though. This is a very well managed and well attended apartment and we greatly appreciate the welcome and support on our trip.

Dear Jenni, Thank you for your review. We are very happy for the positive rewiev. In the building there is an indoor parking lot, reserved for our guests. On the guestbook there are directions to the parking, right for a sedan or station wagon. This service is free of charge. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Beautiful Verona

We loved this apartment and it instantly felt like a home. So clean and the kitchen was just perfect. Lots of added extras made it feel very homely. The only downside was we could have done with air con in the bedrooms. There are fans however it was so hot in Verona the fan weren’t powerful enough. This did not stop us enjoying the apartment. Would love to return one day.

Really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful city of Verona.Lake Garda easily reachable too.

Beautiful,well equipped apartment in a quiet road only 10 minutes walk from Verona.Sabrina was very welcoming and directed us to the property as we got a bit lost.Felt very secure with the shutters and underground parking.Plenty big enough property for three teenagers too,although they found the bunk beds a little on the small side!!!
