About this property

Beautiful apartment classified 4 stars, entirely renovated, of 75 m² with a terrace of 17 m² offering an exceptional view on the bay of SAINT-JEAN-DE-LUZ. This refined apartment has all the comfort you need for your vacation.

The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms:
- one with a 160 cm bed, in a shades of turquoise blue, with a view of the sea
- the other with a 140 cm bed, in pink tones, with adjoining bathroom,
- the third with 2 beds of 90 cm, in a variation of cafes
We must add a second bathroom, a separate toilet, a large living dining room with panoramic open kitchen overlooking the sea.
1 private parking space included in the rental.

Très bel appartement

Le seul bémol est l’absence de soleil sur la terrasse en septembre. On l’aperçoit seulement vers 18h30. Et la photo de la vue sur l’océan, magnifique et bien réelle, ne s’observe que dans l’angle de la terrasse, sinon, il y a une maison qui masque la mer juste en face : j’ai été un peu contrariée à l’arrivée mais l’ai ensuite oubliée. Je recommande ce très beau lieu.
