Charming single-family home with a yard, 1.5 km from the beach

Semi-detached house of 80m² with terrace and private garden, ideally located, 15 minutes walk from the large beach of St Jean de Luz, the city centre, the covered market and the train station. Private and free parking space located in front of the house.
On the ground floor, large living room facing SE with bay window opening onto the terrace. Fitted American kitchen with central island. Laundry room and WC.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (140x190 beds) and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

On arrival, you will discover a welcome basket including salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. You will also have at your disposal cleaning products as well as sheets and towels. In short, you will have everything you need to start your stay serenely.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Laurence. La maison était propre et nous l’avons trouvée idéale pour accueillir notre famille. Laurence s’est rendue disponible en amont de notre séjour mais aussi pendant pour veiller à ce que nous ayons tout ce qu’il nous faut. Je recommande.

Maison très agréable, chaleureuse et vraiment très propre. Laurence nous a accueilli chaleureusement dans de parfaites conditions et joignable en cas de questions. Maison située en quartier résidentiel au calme à seulement 15-20 minutes du centre ville et de la plage

Bon séjour, lieu agréable. Location bien équipée et très bon accueil. Tout petit point négatif: la qualité des oreillers. Agréablement surpris par le fonds de cuisine laissé par les propriétaires.

Logement familial à recommander

La maison de Laurence est très propre, bien amenagée et équipée, idéale pour une famille avec des enfants. Située au calme, à proximité d’un parc ainsi que quelques commerces. La plage est également accessible à pied. Laurence est une hôte très gentille et à l’écoute. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation.
