Ground floor: Large, spacious living room with dining area, open-plan kitchen, small sitting area (1 sofa bed), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed), shower room (walk-in shower/toilet), 1 shower room (walk-in shower), toilet. 2 bedrooms (2 single beds). Laundry room. Garden with terrace. Electric heating. Bed linen provided and beds made.
Tronçais Forest 500m away. Goule Pond (beach, water sports, snacks) 2km away. Pirot Pond (fishing) 5km away. Lurcy-Lévis race track 10km away. Bourbon-l'Archambault 20km away.
