This detached house is all on one level. Outside, the private enclosed garden opens onto the estate's grounds.
The private, unfenced 5,000 m² pond is located within the estate's grounds. Stocked with carp, pike, tench, and roach, among other fish, you will also find a fishing pond at the entrance to the estate. To fully enjoy the outdoor spaces in complete peace of mind, adult supervision of children is recommended near these unfenced bodies of water.
An outbuilding provides storage for fishing equipment, and the covered parking area can accommodate cars, motorcycles, or bicycles.
