Quiet and secluded area of Bahama Sound #14 that is located in the middle of the island. 5 mins drive to GEORGE TOWN (shopping area, shops,banks,hospital, rentals (boats, cars, bikes and scooters) grocery stores, gas station ,restaurants, police station and February Point Resort Estates

Just what I needed

The place was clean, good appliances, a comfortable bed, and not too far off the main road. Shenifer was great to work with and quick with her communication. And she helped me get a rental car. I would stay here again in the future.

No hot water for 4 day stay.Almost 2 miles of serious pot holes to get to the rental.Poor communication as no answer from property owner on 3 occasions.

Not What It Appears To Be

This was a difficult review to write. The owner of the property was very nice! She was very responsive and easy to work with. She picked us up upon arrival and helped us with a rental car. However...the pictures on the website did not accurately represent the unit we were put in. The pictures show a large sectional couch, when in fact the unit has a tiny uncomfortable futon that our 6ft 2in son had to sleep on. The unit was clean and bug free but very worn, think very old Motel 6. The blanket provided had a very large hole in it but the bed in the bedroom was comfortable. Upon arrival the hot water was not working and the owner did send her husband to look at it, while he was able to get us hot water it was not consistent. We had to turn the water off and on repeatedly to take a 10 minute shower. The shower head was so clogged very little water would flow out. The outside of the property looked like a junk yard and the pool while functional was not well maintained. It does look like they are doing improvements to the house itself but it definitely looks worn from the harsh marine environment. The walls in the unit are very thin and if there are other guests on property you will hear them. Make sure you rent the car because this unit is not walking distance to anything. The price was right but I would not stay here again! I would pay the extra $300 and stay in a newer unit.
