Two-story free standing cottage. The bottom floor contains a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms. Travel up a small winding staircase to arrive in the main area of the cottage. The cottage contains a kitchenette, living room with a sleeper sofa and twin sleeper ottoman and a screened porch with outdoor heater and dining table for six. Both the living area and bedroom have current flat screen TVs and WI-FI is included. You will love the spaciousness and decor of this newly renovated cottage! The second story porch of this cottage is screened in and is nestled in the live oaks with a picturesque view of the property. No smoking. Dog-friendly.

Scallop season 2025

The cottage was super cute and perfect for 2 people. Loved having a kitchen to cook our scallop dinner in! Almost everything you needed in the kitchen. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus and the bed was comfy. A deep clean is needed and a few drawers need fixing (in the fridge and under the stove) but overall, great experience.

Great Cottage

This is the first time we’ve stayed in this particular cottage but the second time we’ve stayed in a spice cottage. It has a great set up for a family of 4. We come with a few other families and stay all over the landing. The way this unit is set up we were even able to fit everyone in when it was our turn for group dinner. It is beautifully decorated and my family quite enjoyed using the beach cruisers around the neighborhood.

The layout of the place was a bit odd. 2 bathrooms downstairs and living area upstairs as well as having to come in through the on bedroom was a pain
