The third bedroom has 2 full beds. There are also 2 rollaways in this home. No smoking. No pets. This cottage offers wireless internet. What a beautiful view!

THIS COTTAGE DOES NOT OFFER A BOAT DOCK OR LAUNDRY FACILITIES AT THIS TIME. GUESTS WILL HAVE TO PARK THEIR BOAT IN THE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE SLIPS LOCATED BEHIND THE BARNYARD.

Listing reflects dedicated boat slip #18 hence why we booked to find out only in the check in instructions that the dock and slip were compromised and unusable. We would not of selected this property if the listing had been accurate. Very deceiving especially for the price. The inside is dated and we killed several bugs inside the house.
