Pleasant house of 130 square meters, an ideal garden for evening grilling, 50 meters from a lovely beach at the Etang de Thau.
Four bedrooms, two of which overlook the pond. Suitable for 6 beds.
Two bathrooms, one in a bedroom, 2 WCs.
Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, plancha in the garden.
Equipment for young children (bed, potty, bath) on request.
Possibility to park two cars in the street in front of the house.
Quiet area, close to all amenities (Beach, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant and tobacco 5 min walk; 5 min by car from the city center, 5 min by car from the supermarket; 5 min by car from the train station)
Internal regulations:
The house is rented furnished. Animals are not allowed.
Smoking area provided outside.
There is no cleaning fee, but the house must be left clean. When you leave, we will be grateful if you report and assess any damage with us.
Availability of the house, to rent for July or August at least 1 week.
