MAIN:
When you enter the condo, you walk into the modernized kitchen which opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 5 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel as there are comfy pillows, blankets & an electric fireplace for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows on DIRECTV.

BATH:
There is a double sink vanity & a standing glass shower. The bathroom has separate doors for the shower & toilet so there is plenty of privacy when in the bathroom. There are plenty of fresh towels. All bed linens & extra blankets are provided, including the sleeper sofa. Washer & dryer are in the condo for use as well.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

POOL:
Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through September, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year.

PARKING:
Covered parking provided on the premise with the included parking pass. This pass MUST be on the dash of your vehicle at all times. Additional parking is available across the street in front of the condo.
