Located between countryside, town (3 minutes from Coutances) and sea (10 minutes from the seaside resort of Agon-Coutainville), you will discover at the end of a large tree-lined driveway the domain of the Dauvinerie, a former body stone farmhouse in the heart of a park of 4 hectares, where venture roe deer, herons, wild ducks and hens on the pond. Transformed today into charming cottages, it retains the authenticity of the rough, stone, with modern comfort.

Haven of tranquility combining beauty and serenity of the landscape, the area will reserve you a warm and family welcome, a frame with delicate colors and generous, ideal for all styles of events or for a green setting.

Located in Gratot, the cottage "escapade" includes a living room with a lounge with a flat screen TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, 1 toilet. On the floor, the landing serves 3 rooms, a room of bath with shower, and 1 separated TOILET. A terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
This cottage is designed to accommodate 6 people, but has additional beds that can increase its accommodation capacity to 12 people (BZ and convertible sofa).

Un week-end parfait dans un logement au top

Logement correspondant tout à fait à la description, très bien équipé, au calme et avec suffisamment d'espace pour faire dormir une 8 personnes en chambre et 4 de plus dans le salon, parfait pour un week-end d'activités entre amis ! (attention aux tabourets hauts qui semblent un peu fragiles ^^) Merci !
