Cadre charmant mais maison peu fonctionnelle et sale

La maison est charmante et très bien située MAIS cela n'a pas compensé pour nous le ménage clairement pas fait avant notre arrivée, l'invasion de fourmis sur la terrasse, le portail qui ne s'ouvrait pas correctement, le manque de livret d'accueil (qui se limite au mode d'emploi du lave vaisselle photocopié en 4 exemplaires), l'arrosage des plantes sur lequel le propriétaire insiste pour qu'il soit fait TOUS les jours... La personne qui nous a ouvert la maison ne portait aucun masque et nous a fait visiter sans aucune précaution. La maison, vraiment sale lorsque nous sommes arrivés, n'est absolument pas fonctionnelle : une seule commode, pas de portant pour des robes ou des chemises, pas d'égouttoir à vaisselle, pas de rideau de douche (qui éviterait pourtant que le meuble de salle de bain soit si abîmé), ni de poubelle dans les salles de bains... Enfin, alors que la rubrique "Equipements" indique sur le site la présence d'un parking et de TV, la maison n'en est pas équipée. Bref, nous avons été très déçus par la qualité de la location d'autant que d'autres propriétaires arcachonnais reçoivent leurs hôtes avec un petit cadeau (cela avait toujours été notre cas par le passé)... Nous avions été mal habitués ! Les frais de ménage stipulés dans l'annonce nous semblent complètement incompréhensibles au vu de l'état de la maison à notre arrivée. Le fait que le linge de toilette ne soit pas fourni et sans sèche-linge, nous a également pénalisé. Si un double du contrat de location pouvait être remis au locataire, ce serait bien : je n'ai eu aucun des documents que j'ai signés.

Très jolie maison

Une maison pleine de charme et très agréable à vivre dans un quartier particulièrement beau et calme d'Arcachon. Rien ne manque , il y a même des vélos et le bassin est magnifique !

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette très jolie et agréable maison, proche du centre ville et à une 20aine de minutes de la plage du centre A pieds. Les autres plages (Pereire, Mouleau...) se trouvent à 5/10 mn en voiture. Propriétaire à l’écoute et très gentil. Je recommande cette location.
