With family or friends, the "Maison Kerlorz", located in the heart of Bénodet resort, will be ideal for your vacations.

It's just 200 m from the main beach. It's in a lively, residential neighborhood, since its nearest neighbor is ... the church.

The house is on 2 levels:

- On the 1st level, you'll find the living room with a dining area for 8 people, a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, etc.), two bedrooms each with a 140 cm double bed, bathroom with bath, shower, hairdryer, separate toilet.

- Upstairs, two bedrooms with toilet area: one with two 90 cm twin beds and the other with a 90 cm single bed and a BZ convertible sofa.

- On the first floor, games area, laundry room, closed garage and 1 outdoor parking space.

The wooded garden provides effective protection from the street, for a siesta in the sun or shade, an aperitif or a barbecue.

At your disposal: cots and baby chairs, garden furniture, beach games, 2 bicycles, barbecue.
