Sea View Apartment With Nearby Shops Sports Complex Restaurants & Beachbars

Our first floor self catering apartment is situated at Deheser de Campoamor , a lovely harbour nestles between two beautiful beaches just a few minutes walk away.
The apartment building is set in mature well kept gardens and after entering the secure grounds you enter a modern and spacious entrance lobby that leads either by staircase or lifts to the first floor accomodation.
The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen including washing machine
Lounge area with corner sofa that is a double sofa bed, tv and ceiling fan and air conditioning (meter run)
There is a four place dining table and chairs that is positioned to look out over the gardens to the sea view.
A seperate twin bedded room leads off with ceiling fan, wardrobes and bedside cabinet.
The shower room with pedestal basin and wc leads off the entrance hall,
a intercom is situated in the hallway.
A laundry cupboard with cleaning utensils hosts iron and ironing board.
Arrival hamper packs can be pre -ordered.
Deheser de Campoamor has lots of local amenities nearby and so a car is not neccesary although we do have a car parking space available if required. Murcia corvera airport is aprox 35 mins or Alicante aprox 45 mins.
There is a good local bus route and trips to Benidorm make a lovely day out or take a boat trip to the Island of Tabarca from either Torrievieja or Santa pola.
Everything is on your doorstep Bars, restaurants,Tapas bars, supermarket ,pool/leisure complex, beach, harbour ,cashpoint ,ice cream parlour.
Also at the nearby La Zenia shopping center boasts a variety of shops bars restaurants children play area, play fountains, bowling alley, casino and lots more..........

Tiny studio apartment.

Honest opinion, we really wanted to like it! Owners were nice and apartment is clean, but this was just a very very small room on the first floor of a high rise apartment block. The one bedroom had barely 18 inches between the beds! Bathroom and shower uncomfortably tiny. No pool on the complex (sea is 15/20 min walk)and balcony has been covered to try and increase size of room. The lady who gave us the keys mentioned not to worry about the flashing lights on a plug in the kitchen it was just to keep the bugs away (roaches in foyer while we were there). One euro per 4 hour metered Aircon. TV small and with limited channels. WiFi was available. Walls thin and neighbours noisy. Hasty booking by ourselves will be more thorough next time. .

Appartement très propre, le lit pour les parents était un canapé lit qu’il fallait déplier mais très confortable !! Résidence propre ! Garer la voiture dans la résidence était génial !

El dueño nos dio un contacto para la entrega de llaves, acudimos al lugar de encuentro y nos subio al apartamento, que queda justo en la puerta de Carrefour Express, nos explico todo y muy bien. El apartamento es muy pequeño, para mi gusto mas de dos personas demasiado justo, pero para nosotros estuvo bien, desde la ventana lateral del salón (por cierto, las únicas que hay en todo el apartamento) se ve la playa, tienes sitio dentro de la urbanización para aparcar debajo de techos de uralita con lo que nuestro coche estuvo a la sombra casi entero todo el dia, la playa queda a 5 minutos como mucho y hay que bajar una cuesta. Es todo zona residencial, no vimos ni un hotel en todo el pueblo, es muy tranquilo pero nosotros solo encontramos dos comercios para comprar alimentación. Restaurantes y chiringuitos de playa si hay bastantes, lo cual nos encantó, y la tranquilidad de tener las ventanas abiertas y solo escuchar pájaros por la mañana,. Respecto al apartamento, recalco que es pequeño y para mi gusto le falta ventilacion, puesto que las unicas ventanas que hay son las del salon, los colchones de las camas ,muy comodos aunque nosotros excepto el primer dia, dormimos en el sofa cama porque nos gustaba mas al tener la tv enfrente, la cocina muy apañada y limpia, con vajilla y untensilios muy completo, la nevera es pequeña, queda al lado del horno pero tambien nos apañamos bien, los ventiladores de techo una maravilla y el aire acondicionado del salon genial, echas 1 euro y tienes 4 horas de aire, merece la pena ya que enfria muy bien y para comer a medio dia es agradecido. En general hemos estado muy bien, los dueños y el contacto de alli tambien muy bien y atentos, el apartamento tenia de todo, secador, tabla y plancha de ropa, toallas de playa, bolsos, sombrilla, utensilios y productos de limpieza, lavadora, microhondas, horno....etc, esta muy completo y han pensando mucho en todo lo necesario. En lugar es muy centrico, tenia cerca todo, super con mucha variedad, estanco, restaurantes, pub, heladeria....para una pareja lo recomiendo.

El apartamento es fresco y luminoso e incluso se ve el mar aunque no está en primera linea, lo mejor la ubicación está en el centro de Campoamor, muy cerca de la playa, supermercado y zona de ocio, estupendo para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.muy atentas la anfitriona Jane y su amiga Colette.

Beautifully clean and great location

Excellent communication throughout even picked us up from the airport and took us back saving us a lot of money and hassle. Property was excellent, ideal for me and my wife. Location a short walk to the beach and literally across the road from the excellent fishbowl restaurant.

El apartamento perfecto para pasar tus vacaciones. Dispone de todo lo que puedes necesitar. La playa esta a 5 minutos y el supermercado a 20 pasos. El ventilador estaba roto cuando llegue pero Jane llamo a un electricista el mismo día. Sin duda volvería a alquilar el verano que viene.

Small but perfect apartment

Apartment very comfortable well equipped with parking. Ideally situated for all local areas, restaurants and bars. Lovely beach which you can walk to with good coastal walks. Owners Jane and Ron were very helpful and made us welcome.

Great location

The apartment was ideally placed for a supermarket and several bars and restaurants. With the beach just a 10 minute walk this made it even better. The apartment itself was very clean with everything you needed if you wanted to stay in and cook. Janes friend Colette was very helpful handing us the keys on arrival and putting the 2 bottles of Cava I requested in the fridge for our first evening. My wife and I would highly recommend a visit. Thanks Jane.

Waschmaschine ist praktisch, man braucht nicht viele Kleider mitzunehmen. WLAN vorhanden,aber nur im Flur stark. Wir waren zufrieden, aber für mehr als 2 Personen ist es klein.

Modern Fully Equipped First Floor Apartment

This apartment has been fully modernised, is a stones throw walk from the supermarket and local cafe bars & restaurants. For those who find the hill back from the beach and Marina a bit of a challenge, there is a lift which keeps walking all on one level. The beach bars are great for snacks but again the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. We highly recommend for couples (including those getting on in age) and couples with small children.

a stunning apartment in a fantastic location

The property was immaculate with excellent facilities and we were delighted to find all the creature comforts of home available to us. Although there is no on-site pool, who needs one when you can hit the beach in 2 minutes walking. We were very happy with our stay and would definately stay again.
