About this property

KURPARK MAISONNETTE WILLINGEN ***** MOST REVIEWS - 2 BALCONIES - NL OWNER

The property has the best possible location directly on the Kurpark and is rented by us on a limited scale. We are the Dutch owners.

Within 3 minutes you can walk to the bakery for fresh sandwiches (whether or not invested). Within 3 minutes you are at the nicest restaurants. Within 7 minutes you can walk to the swimming paradise and the ice rink. Within 7 minutes you are walking to the gondola to go up with skis, mountain bike or dog. The supermarket is 6 minutes walk or 1 minute by car.

The home is modern and has a wonderful lounge sofa, which you will not often find at a holiday destination. Our experience was that a couch in a house is always too small and causes back pain, so we arranged that first.

The property has a fixed and fast internet connection. This almost never occurs in a German holiday home. Either there is no wifi, or you have to log in with other neighbors at a German "hotspot" and that is extremely slow and regularly not working. With us, therefore, no problem because the home has its own secure connection (own subscription) that no one else can.

In the morning you can enjoy fresh bread from the German bakery (5 minutes walk from the house) on the balcony in the sun. At the end of the day you can relax on the lounge sofa or take a bath.

The bathroom not only has a bathtub but also a separate shower. This hardly ever occurs in the German apartments. Usually it is one or the other. There is a large boiler unit, so no problems with cold water.

You sleep in comfortable beds. The master bedroom has an Eastborn Boxspring bed. The 2 other beds have wonderful mattresses and are 200 cm long. The master bedroom even has air conditioning. This is nice when it is hot in the summer. Just before sleeping, you can cool the bedroom if desired. The bedroom also has blind curtains for when you do not want to wake up to the outside light.

The Maisonette is in a modern villa and is very well maintained by the owners. There is a manager who carries out the maintenance. If snow falls, access to the property and parking is regularly cleared by the manager.

If you rent more than a week you will receive a discount. In addition, everyone who comes to our home a second time or more often receives a regular customer discount. We preferably have a small group of loyal tenants.

Super Wohnung in toller Lage!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage direkt am Kurpark. Ideal für Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund! Trotzdem nur 3 Minuten zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Fantastische plek om te relaxen maar vooral te genieten.

9 zalige dagen en van 02 tot 10 aug gebruik mogen maken van het appartement. Genoten met zijn drietjes van alle luxe. De heerlijke grote leefbank en het prachtige uitzicht maar vooral de verkoeling die het appartement gaf tijdens de hittegolf. Wij komen hier graag nog eens terug en kunnen dit adres aan iedereen aanraden. 😊

Entspannter Urlaub in toller Umgebung

De vakantiewoning ligt op een prachtige plek in Willingen, goed verzorgd huis.

Het huis ligt direct aan het kuurpark, waardoor het bijzonder rustig is. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Als je de deur uit loopt sta je zo in het centrum van Willingen. Wij hebben er een heerlijke week gehad.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig, modern möbliert und sauber. Sie liegt auch ziemlich zentral in der Ortschaft und in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Die Einkäufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Die Wendeltreppe ist allerdings sehr steil und eng; es ist schwierig, Koffer dort hochzutransportieren.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und Top Lage

Die Wohnung war Top. Schön und modern ausgestattet, hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht. Die 2 Balkone und 2 Toiletten haben ein Pluspunkt verdient. Ruhig gelegen im Kurpark und trotzdem braucht man nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins turbulente Geschehen von Willingen. Bis zum Skifahren sind es 5-15 Minuten (je nachdem welche Piste man ansteuert) zu Fuß. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Perfekt für ein Urlaub ohne Auto.

Nette Wohnung mit Einschränkungen

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön., die Lage optimal. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, besonders wenn man wie wir Nachbarn im Schlafzimmer des Obergeschosses links hat, die bis spät abends (23.00 Uhr) sehr laut sind. Auch die sehr enge und schmale Treppe nach oben ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Lage am Kurpark ist ideal, sehr kurze Wege zu Restaurants und Wanderwege. Im Wohnzimmer fehlt eine Leselampe an der Couch, die vorhandene reicht nicht aus. Wir sehen nicht viel Fernsehen und lesen sehr gerne, da stimmt die Beleuchtung nicht. Leider funktionierten auch die Velux-Fenster nicht, sodass man im Bad nicht vernünftig lüften konnte. Alles in Allem hat es uns gefallen, nochmal buchen würden wir aber nicht.

Tolle Wohnung in Top-Lage

Wochenende in Willingen: Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte im Nebenhotel, unser TürCode war bereits eingespeichert und wir konnten die Wohnung sofort betreten. Wow! Großzügig aufgeteilte Wohnung auf 2 Etagen: moderne Möbel, freundliches Design, gemütliche Betten, sämtliches Zubehör vorhanden,... perfekt für 4 Personen. Was will man mehr?! Wir können diese Wohnung ohne weiteres weiter empfehlen! GJ

Gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Appartement. Sehr zentrale, aber ruhige Lage am Kurpark. Nur wenige Minuten zum Zentrum. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter. Kommen gerne wieder.
