About this property
Quiet, waterfront house with direct access to the sea.
Old fisherman's house right on the water, recently renovated. Direct access to the sea. Facing south. Very quiet and uncrowded hamlet, very authentic. The house is 82m² + an attic bedroom of 26m² with a maximum height of 1. 60m. The sea is at your feet, a private 8-meter pontoon located just in front of the house allows you to get in and out of the water, dive, and allows the docking of a boat. Two sea kayaks are available. Easy swimming, fishing, and scuba diving in front of the house and around. A small sandy beach is also available a hundred meters away.
The house is located 2 km from the village of Carqueiranne, with all the necessary shops and numerous restaurants in the city center and on the port. The village adjoins the cities of Hyères and Toulon.
On the beach of Almanarre, renowned nautical spot, you can practice many activities such as windsurfing, kite surfing, paddle, etc.
The golden islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros are from the peninsula of Giens and the port of Hyères.
The Golf de Valgarde, 18 holes, is located 15 minutes away.
The house is located 2 km from the village of Carqueiranne, with all the necessary shops and numerous restaurants in the city center and on the port. The village adjoins the cities of Hyères and Toulon.
