Huge 4 bedrooms “Grand Confort” DUPLEX of 140 meters, with internet connexion in the Old Port and Place Garibaldi districts in the heart Antic Center.
Situated in the heart of the Old Port village, just a short walk from the Modern Art Museum and the lively Place Garibaldi neighbourhood, this spacious 3-room apartment is quintessentially Nician and perfect for spending time among friends in the heart of Nice. The apartment contains a large living room / dining room decorated in a style that is Antic chic. After spending a day exploring the capital of the Côte d’Azur, you'll enjoy lounging on the comfortable sofa, where you can relax in front of TV or in the Internet Connexion. With its two larges windows that open on street, the apartment is bright. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped (oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, and coffee maker) with everything you'll need to enjoy preparing your meals among friends. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, two which contains a double bed and two contains four single beds. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 8 people. There are two bathrooms, one features a large bathtub, and the WC and the second features a shower and WC. The apartment comes equipped with a washing machine. Service was disappointing

Crockery was chipped. There was insufficient crockery / glasses / mugs. No dish detergent. Difuser on hair dryer was broken. The upstairs bathroom main light was not working. Frequent but short lighting blackouts, isolated to this apartment. Other buildings and other apartments did not incur this. Insufficient light bedding - this was addressed. Despite raising these with the staff at My Flat in Nice, both in person and by email, there was very little effort made to understand the issues or to rectify the issues.

Amazing location!

We had a good stay. The best part is the location - it's absolutely perfect as it's close to everything. The apartment itself can use a little updating and it didn't feel spacious enough for 6 people, but overall, we had a very good stay.

Wonderful spot to stay in Nice

First, the positives: A wonderful location very close to relevant bus/tram lines to airport, important sites and neighboring cities. Easy walk to Old Nice and several good restaurants, boulangeries, banks, grocery stores, etc. The apartment felt spacious for 8 adults, though there wasn't really adequate comfortable seating in the main dining/TV room for everyone to gather at once. Terrific water pressure in the showers. Lots of items to cook your own food. Beds were comfortable. Some less good bits: It was really hot. AC was limited to two stand alone units the upstairs bedrooms that cooled those to livable levels but the rest of the apartment was uncomfortably hot anytime outdoor temps were above 75F (and they were for 20+ hours each day). The washing machine can handle only very small loads and there is no dryer other than a rack that can hold a dozen items to dry over a 12-18 hour period (we used one of the precious fans to speed drying). The 3 flights of stairs were a challenge at the end of a long day of walking, particularly when you know you are headed to an oven at the end of the journey. The property manager was very nice, but certain promised items (like new linen) showed up days late and others (like a new battery to stop the smoke alarm from beeping all night) never showed up at all. As advertised they had soap, body wash, shampoo, etc., but they were in travel sized containers that lasted 8 people less than 1 day so you'll need to shop immediately on arriving. Similarly, they supply 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, so you'll need to hit the grocery store in short order. By and large, this was a wonderful place to stay but with a few areas that could be improved.
