The Space
This fabulous, air-conditioned apartment (104 sq m / 1120 sq ft) is located on the 1st floor of a historic Old Nice building. Renovated with style and flair, it offers a sophisticated old town-center escape. Close to Palaise de Justice on a charming street just off the main thoroughfare, the apartment is incredibly spacious with a loft-inspired feel, thanks to the large ceiling beams and tall French windows. The spacious living room (40 sq m) is complemented by a modern kitchen and a walk-in shower. The apartment features three comfortable double bedrooms.

Please Note
While this apartment offers a lively, central location with many wonderful amenities just steps away, we want to let you know that, as is typical in Old Nice, the early morning rubbish collection can be heard, especially with the narrow streets and the reversing rubbish truck. It’s part of the city’s charm, but if you’re sensitive to noise or looking for complete silence, you may want to consider a quieter location further out of town.

The new Promenade du Paillon park is a must-see, offering green spaces and beautiful gardens right in the heart of the city.

While Nice is full of life, it’s important to note that, as in many historic cities, the rubbish collection in the Old Town can begin early in the morning, with the recycling trucks occasionally causing noise. This is just part of the local charm, and while the apartment is generally quiet, you may experience occasional early morning sounds. If you prefer a totally quiet setting, you may want to consider a location further from the centre.
