Large suite 1/2 between the Nice-Ville Train station and beach. Main shopping and restaurant area a few blocks away, grocery store even closer Old town 20-25 minutes walkWould definitely stay here again

Amazing stay in Nice!

My wife and I stayed in Nice for 5 days and loved the apartment. The check in process was easy and our VRBO host Roxane was wonderful. She sent a dozen restaurant recommendations and she responded quickly to our questions. The apartment is in a quiet location yet centrally located near the ocean, train station, old town of Nice and dozens of restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Roxanne is Incredible, friendly, helpful and competent

Absolutely great location, quiet neighborhood, good access to parking, great access to the beach and the restaurant area, Incredible shopping. Everything so close. This is where you want to be. I felt safe walking by myself all the time. There are plenty of little parks all around the area to stop and take a break. We are planning to go back and this is where we want to stay.

Great location and communication

Our family had a wonderful 4 days in Nice. The location of the apartment was in walking distance to the beach and to Old Nice. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. (The air conditioning was especially appreciated in the heat wave!) Communication with Roxanne was excellent- she was very welcoming and excited for us to enjoy Nice.

Wonderful stay in Nice apartment

We loved this apartment. Great layout for three of us. Easy walk to old town and waterfront. We loved our host! She met us at the apartment when we arrived and gave us great instructions on the apartment and nearby shop and restaurant recommendations. She came again to say goodbye even though she wasn’t feeling the best. We recommend this apartments and host wholeheartedly.

Great Place to Stay in Nice

This is a great place to stay in Nice within walking distance of The Promenade / beach as well as the train station. Of note, the place is large, the rooms are large so it’s an inviting place to have morning coffee or return after a day of site-seeing. Roxanne, the property agent, was very accommodating, readily available for check-in and check-out and restaurant recommendations.

We enjoyed our stay, this property had everything we needed for a family of 5 and close to everything within walking distance. Fabulous Find for a Stay in Nice

Great location, great building, elevator access ( bonus!), beautiful apartment with very high ceilings, generous rooms, very well furnished and maintained, all modern amenities! Our family has rented the apartment from Remy several times and will continue to do so; it is indeed our home in Nice!
