This two-story 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo provides you and yours a spacious place to gather for family fun and recoup after long days spent in the sand and waves of New Smyrna Beach.

When you walk into this second floor condo, you'll be greeted by light walls, peach tile flooring, and crisp white accents. To the left of the front foyer you can set your grocery bags down in the lovely cream and white kitchen. The cabinetry is charming with its wainscoting paneling and the matching white appliances contrast against it nicely. Breakfast has never been made easier; the kids can easily heat up waffles and more in either the provided toaster or toaster oven and you can quickly get your morning jolt using the coffee machine on the counter.

If cooking doesn't take you out of vacation mode, the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to whip up your famous dinner recipes-plus the overhanging counter lined with two barstools makes serving a breeze!
Gather your loved ones for eating and memory making around the white dining room table. With four teal chairs circled around, there's plenty of space for your family to enjoy meals together. Ocean Club North is a private condo complex located on the no-drive portion of the beach. The units here are all 2 bedroom/2 bath units with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. The 3-story complex boasts 44 individual units and was built in 1969. Located on the southern end of New Smyrna Beach, this complex resides on the shores of the Atlantic and across from the Indian River Lagoon. Besides direct beach access and balconies with ocean views, guests who stay in one of these New Smyrna Beach condo rentals can enjoy the heated swimming and wading pool, communal washers and dryers, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and many other amazing amenities provided.

New Smyrna Beach is known for its small-town charm and laid-back, family atmosphere. The warm breezes, wide, white sandy beaches, and large selection of outdoor activities make this the ideal spot for your Florida beach vacation. Turtle Mound at Canaveral National Seashore is 4.5 miles south of Ocean Club North, right down A1A. Just across the street is a public park with additional tennis courts, a basketball court and a children's play area. You can also walk out into a secluded bay where dolphins and manatees are often seen playing. Ocean Club North is conveniently located near many restaurants, shopping, sports venues, and historical sites of New Smyrna Beach. A short drive down the road is the Canaveral Seashore, a US Park with the historic Indian shell mounds. In the other direction is downtown New Smyrna, with restaurants and shopping.
