Quiet and spacious F2 (2 to 4 persons) secure 47 m², building located at the end of the residential peninsula of Ouémo overlooking the sea, Nouméa district (Magenta beach at 1km, South beaches and downtown at 4km ) overlooking the sea (Bay of Sainte Marie) and its reef, sea view, terrace 15 m², ideal for a relaxing stay, private parking and closed.
Fully equipped, oven, microwave, TV, washing machine, ironing facilities, fan in the living room, air conditioning in the room, WIFI, phone usable with a prepaid card, towels, sheets provided.
Double bed 180 in the room and sofa bed 140 in the living room. Secure residence, private parking and secure.

The perfect place to be!

My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment thus far. The view is magnificent, the apartment is perfect and my wife was able to cook all her favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Our host offered us to stay beyond our check-out date, in consideration of the virus outbreak. This was a great relief for us, as we could not leave New Caledonia. We could not have ended up in lockdown in a more comfortable spot! Not sure how much longer we will be here, but rest assured, we will be happy and safe! Thank you, Jean-Pierre and Chantal! Your place is superb!
