About this property

Peaceful house between the Arcachon basin, Bordeaux and the ocean

House of 180m2 located in a quiet area, ideal for a family.
Ideal location to visit Bordeaux and its vineyards, discover the Bay of Arcachon and the Dune of Pilat, enjoy the ocean, go down the river by canoe or enjoy a walk in the forest.

The house is composed of:
- ground floor: bedroom 1: bed 160 + bathroom + toilet - an open room with kitchen, living room and adjoining pantry- another living room with TV and bed 160 and an office - a separate toilet
- upstairs: bedroom 2: double bed - bedroom 3: double bed - bedroom 4: double bed - shower room - WC - study for children

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob as well as a toaster, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker (provide capsules) and an Italian coffee maker (coffee powder) as well as all the necessary to cook ... a plancha is available outside.
There is also a washer and dryer in the storeroom.

The house has 10 beds but we can add 4 extra beds (2 x 90 + 1 x 140).

Bikes and a trampoline are available as well as many games and toys.

Hens at the bottom of the garden will give you fresh eggs every day.
