Located on the 1st floor and with a south-facing terrace, this apartment is one of the best in the complex. It has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/heating and unlimited high-speed internet in the apartment for those who want to use laptops or smartphones to connect to the internet. The apartment offers you a high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi), as well as a television with a multitude of French and international channels.
The terrace is directly accessible from the living room and the large bedroom. With just a step, you can enjoy a glass of sangria in the sun

Notes on the accommodation:
Enjoy the terrace (table and sun loungers await you): aperitifs and small meals with stunning views of the pool and the mountains at the back. Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor balcony of the apartment. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Outside: Magnificent gardens with a large swimming pool as seen in the photos. There is also a paddling pool for children. Parasols are also available in the garden for sunbathing and relaxation. A communal shower is available on the ground floor. A lifeguard will be on duty during the summer period from June to September and again during the public holiday weeks in May and October. Towels and sheets are provided. If you need a change of sheets and towels during your stay, this can be arranged at the time of booking, for an additional cost. There is a cleaning fee of €70 to be paid on arrival. Pets are not allowed

Coast/Beach:
Only 300 metres from the apartment, a sandy beach of several kilometres will allow you to take long walks. While offering you the opportunity to cool off and have a snack in one of the many beach bars.

Travel:
Malaga airport - 60 minutes, Gibraltar airport - 20 minutes. Car rental or car use is recommended.
There is a bus service right below the complex that serves the region once an hour.
Distance:
Duquesa - 2 minutes by car, Sabinillas - 2 minutes by car, Estepona - 10 minutes, Puerto Banus - 30 minutes, Marbella - 30 minutes, Ronda - 1 hour's drive.
More details:
To see: the port of Duquesa is a nice place where you will find many small bars and restaurants where it is good to live with a magnificent view of the port. They are open all day and late at night. For party-goers, there is also a nightclub. There are several banks in Sabinillas.
Practical: a mini-market only 100 metres from the apartment. Many supermarket choices (Mercado, Dia, Lidl, ...) towards Duquesa (or Sabinillas) along the main road (5 min by car).
