Freshly renovated and fully equipped studio opening onto a private south-facing terrace (washing machine, oven, microwave, barbecue, etc.). Upstairs, a very comfortable 140 cm double bed. Downstairs, a boat sofa bed offers you the possibility of accommodating a third person. The residential and wooded area is renowned for its calm although close to the city center of the old village of Soorts.

Charmant mais pas forcément pratique

Accueillant très sympathique, tres disponible et efficace. Un grand merci pour Édouard très investi.studio charmant mais accolé et dépendant électriquement de la location voisine.. compliqué en cas de coupure.Le dispositif électrique de cuisine serait a revoir car électroménager au sol, espace restreint entre point d'eau et électricité, trop peu de rangements cote cuisine, pour les repas c'est un bar avec 2 tabourets hauts dont 1 en bois a changer en urgence . Pas de véritable table ni chaise.Le canapé est 1 lit 1 personne . 1 chambre sous plafond jolie mais grands s'abstenir car le 4 pattes est de rigueur . Très bonne literie ..au niveau du sol . A notre arrivée coupures de courant multiples depannees dans la journée nous bloquant l'après midi, douche bouchée et absence importante de vaisselle qu'il a fallu réclamer. notons pas de système alarme incendie.Tancarville inadapté et use, rouillé, sur une petite terrasse en bois fermée de végétation ou il fait bon passer la soirée .En bref , un joli endroit pour poser ses affaires et vivre dehors .. commerces a proximité mais pour la plage prévoir 20 minutes de vélo ou prendre la voiture . Très bien situé pour des vacances en vélos.

Déception et Mécontentement

Nous avons constaté dès notre arrivée une odeur très désagréable émanent de la mezzanine peu aérée(impossible d'y dormir), un matelas futon ainsi que les oreillers pas très propres, un des deux tabourets de bar défectueux, l'étendage à linge cassé, un fauteuil extérieur cassé également , une lampe dans salon qui ne fonctionne pas, une porte d'entrée difficile à fermer. Beaucoup trop de désagréments qui en font une adresse à eviter! Les nombreuses photos avec une jolie déco ne montrent évidemment pas tout cela!
