le proprietaire avait déjà loué et maintenu sa location sur le site d'abritel. J'ai donc réservé. Sans nouvelle de sa part, j'ai insisté pour l'avoir au téléphone. Le propriétaire n'a pas annulé la réservation. J'ai donc du annuler mes vacances et j'ai du appeler abritel tous les jours pour obtenir le remboursement. Je ne sais pas si c'est abritel ou le propriétaire qui est a l'origine de la non annulation et du non remboursement. Mais c'était une expèrience désastreuse. Avec aucun conseiller abritel qui a pris en compte notre réclamation et aucun moyen d'obtenir gain de cause sauf au moment ou j'ai fait la menace de déposer plainte et de saisir mon avocat.
