The chalet is ideally located in Gérardmer, at 1, bis chemin de Romania, on the Xettes hillside. Nice view of the lake from its furnished terrace, facing south. Newly built, it is located 800 m from the center, 4.5 km from the ski slopes and 500 m from the hiking trails.
It consists of a large living room with high ceilings, exposed beams, granite fireplace with insert, flat screen, WIFI etc. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, vitro hob, extractor hood, raclette machine ...).
On the ground floor, two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom (hair dryer, towel dryer, washing machine / dryer ...), separate wc.
High chair and cot.
Adjoining room for storing skis, wood or bikes. Private plot of 450 m2. Two parking spaces.

Chalet agréable et cosy

Nous avons séjourné pour la 2ème fois dans ce joli chalet à la décoration soigné et cosy. Le poêle à bois est magnifique. La vue du chalet sur Gerardmer et le lac est superbe. Le seul inconvénient de ce chalet et là les propriétaires n'y sont malheureusement pour rien, est la présence juste à côté d un gîte avec une grande capacité d accueuil...Quand ce gîte est occupé par une famille aucun soucis (notre 1ère venue) mais quand il est loué par une bande de jeunes, c est une autre histoire... Le propriétaire de ce gîte devrait interdire les regroupements de jeunes et/ou les fêtes....Vraiment dommage

logement cosy

un beau logement, très bien équipé et cosy avec une cheminée, logement avec une jolie vue où l'on a pu voir les feux d'artifices du nouvel an, bien chauffé. La propriétaire a été très arrangeante et disponible, ce fut un agréable séjour malgré le mauvais temps.

Pas conforme , très décus

Negative, froid ,pas propre (toiles d'araignées et araignées, poussirére par tous , espaces trop serré, meublesdans un état pourrie, Foto du challet non conforme etc etc. Je réclamme le remboursement total. on était reparti le 22 dans la nuit. Objet a retirer sur votre cite. Bien à vous Johan.
