Luxury Villa with Private Pool S / Sea, Split and Mountains Views

New and luxurious villa of 150 m² built with all the highest standards of construction (insulation house & roof, double glazing, floor heating, air conditioning, mosquito nets, etc.) and luxury equipment.
The villa and pool are completely private - at your disposal only. Relaxation area (lounge chairs & cushions) and large BBQ with a comfortable outdoor dining area for up to 12 people. A second barbecue (gas) is installed on the large terrace upstairs with a table for 6 people (pergola).
The two lounges at the top and bottom are equipped with a flat-screen LED TV with home cinema (Bose and Onkyo), including local + international and French (TNT) + radio.
Very quiet area (street with only 3 villas) with 2 beautiful unspoilt bays and a beautiful beach just 5 to 8 min. walk from the villa. Crystal clear waters surround Solta. Nice view of the inside and the outside of the villa.
4 min. walk to the pretty fishing port (and ferry) and the nearest restaurants.
I live on the island and would be delighted to welcome you to this paradise on earth, of which I am so proud. . Solta is one of the most unspoiled islands in Dalmatia and the closest to Split. Its natural beauty intact (without industry or mass tourism). leave an indelible imprint on you. Here you will (re) discover the joy of a traditional way of life,
=> 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 barbecues (one upstairs + 1 downstairs near the main barbecue). This means all double equipment: convection oven + grill, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, Bosch forced-air refrigerator, induction ceramic hob, safe) + ice machine.

Good restaurants (local Mediterranean cuisine) in Rogac, Maslenica, Grohote, Gornje Selo, Necujam and Stomorska.
Daily fruit and vegetable market in Grohote + shops, cafes and bars, "ambulanta" (small clinic with doctor, dentist and nurse) + heliport for emergencies to Split (8 min.), Pharmacy.
On the island can rent electric bikes, scooter, cars. Several taxis (same mini van) and 2 bus lines to go to the North or South of the island.
Split with its rich cultural heritage is only 25 min. with the catamaran (2 / day) or 50 min. with the ferry (6 / day). You do not need the car, you leave Rogac and arrive at the center of Split (so no parking problem).
Ideal place to visit Trogir, Omis, Klis, Solin, Sibenik, Makarska, Vis Islands (blue and green cave, Hvar, Brac etc.) + natural beauties of the island which is preserved and remained authentic.
Sports activities on the island: tennis, diving (school), snorkeling, walks, cycling, kayaking, etc.

First time in Croatia

The property was exactly as described, although to be honest it looks better still than the pictures. Everything worked. The house is very comfortable indeed. The pool is great. The view is amazing! Danijel and Patricia met us at the ferry and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. It was a great holiday.

Wonderful view from the house that you will never tire of. We had such a relaxing stay it was what was needed. The house is very clean, well equipped, spacious and the pool is lovely. The house is split on 2 levels with separate entrances and each level has a kitchen which was very handy to serve both seating areas outside. The owners were very prompt with all communication, very welcoming and helpful and the welcome package was a lovely bonus on arriving. They helped us with our luggage from and to the ferry and are on the island if you need anything. We did not have a car so used ferries, buses and taxis to get around. The ferry is just down the road and it then takes an hour to get to Split - there are 6 ferries a day, There are several beaches in walking distance with amazing clear water and to get to the other towns there are buses that leave from near the ferry port when a ferry has just arrived. The supermarket is about 15 minute walk away up a very steep hill which keeps you fit! There are two restaurants in the town of Rogac - one is a pizzeria and is cash only and the other is called Paserela and right by the water with excellent food. We also found another one in walking distance near the supermarket which was also excellent.

Fantastic family holiday in a wonderful location

The property was set out perfectly for us as 2 linked apartments perfect for our older children to have there own space downstairs while the adults and 2 younger ones upstairs safely away from the pool. We had full facilities in both apartments allowing us to cook and eat either up on the balcony or down by the pool, the ice making machine was a nice touch to help to keep the drinks nice and cool it got a lot of use during our stay. The open BBQ by the pool was great for making great dinners and the table setup meant the older ones could chill drink wine and chat while the children could have an evening swim. The easy to use gas BBQ on the balcony was perfect for quick lunches with the layout perfect for an afternoon out of the sun. The pool was fantastic none of that eye stinging chlorine scenarios as the pools modern setup meant less chemicals were required. We all spent lots of hours relaxing in and around the pool the setup around the pool was perfect for either just sunbathing swimming or just sitting enjoying the view with plenty of shade for those who wanted it. We were looking for a quiet location but access to a few restaurants and bars for the odd night or afternoon out and this locations was perfect a short walk down to the harbour where there was a few restaurants and a bar the direct walk back up to the villa was a bit tough but exillerating and those who wanted less of a challenge there was a gentler hill climb via the main road. We visited Split a couple of times which was easy from the harbour another enjoyable experience. The main shop, butchers and market was a 1100m walk up the hill not for the feint hearted but an enjoyable experience and good excercise to walk off all that holiday food and beer. We use to enjoy a bit of shopping followed by a couple of nice beers in one of the 3 bars in the centre. The walk back down was much easier and the views were breathtaking. We had grandparents with us and on occasions if they didn’t fancy the walk we used the local taxi man who was very helpful and a trip up and down worked out at about £5-6 so really cheap and also helpful if you want to get a big shop in. Danijel and Patricia organised our transfer via sea taxis and I thoroughly recommend it, what an experience. All in all a fantastic place to stay and a beautiful country to visit and thank you to Danijel and Patricia for all there help and allowing us to use there amazing villa trust me we will be back.

Entspannung pur wunderschönes Haus und Ruhe und vertäumte Buchten

Sehr nette und bemühte Vermieter, von der Abholung bis zum wieder auschecken. Sehr ruhige Lage und das Objekt wird, neben allen anderen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten, durch das Pool zum perfekten Feriendomizil für Familien. Freuen uns hier gewesen zu sein.

Das Haus war für uns, 6 Personen, sehr großzügig, aber so hat man seine Privatsphäre gewahrt. Das neuwertige Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, der offene Grill am Pool kam fast täglich zum Einsatz. Die Hausherren sind supernett, erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Zur Traumbucht geht man zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten, in fünf Minuten ist man im Hafen von Rogac. Solta ist eine bezaubernde kleine Insel mit viel Flair. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein schöner Urlaub

Das Objekt selber ist sehr schön gelegen mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht von der oberen Terrasse auf das Meer. Die Ausstattung des Hauses entspricht voll der Beschreibung und somit wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Das Vermieter Ehepaar war sehr zuvorkommend und hat geholfen wo es konnte. Wer also einen ruhigen (sehr ruhig aber in Corona Zeiten sicherlich genau das Richtige) und sonnigen Urlaub genießen möchte kann hier ohne Bedenken buchen.

We had the most relaxing holidays ever! great house, great location and great hosts.

The house had been recently completed so everything was new and working. Very well equipped, I have never been in a holiday rental that it is actually a pleasure to cook in! Bed very comfortable and the air conditioning works really well and makes no noise. The house is situated in a great location, great views of the sea, 5 minutes walk to clear crystal waters and 5 minutes walk to the town. There is not much to do in Rogac but we loved this, In the afternoon after our 'siesta' we would walk down to the village, swim and then go for dinner in one of the two restaurants. perfect routine for a relaxing holidays. Our host Patricia and Daniel were very very helpful, in fact everyone in the neighbourhood was we ended up renting the car of our neighbour! They collected us from the ferry on arrival and were always responding to our messages if we had any questions. Overall an excellent property to rent and highly recommended.
