We had a brilliant time celebrating my 30th birthday here. The photos do not do it justice - it’s fantastic value for money, extremely large and very high end. Toni was helpful throughout. Would recommend.

Wonderful stay!

Carphin House exceeded expectations in almost every respect. Amazing location, beautiful and well-maintained house with ample common space and plentiful bathrooms and bedrooms -- it is truly a gem, and that rare phenomenon of a place where pictures don't really do it justice. Ian (owner) and Toni (property manager) were responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout. Would recommend this property without reservation, and we will definitely be back.

Our Scotland Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed a two week stay at the Carphin House. The property is located in a farm setting within easy driving distance to Cupar, St. Andrews and Dundee. The house is is spacious and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room for 12 guests the first week, and 14 the second week. The property manager, Toni, was very helpful when we had questions or needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this property for anyone with a large group.

Friends get together

After having to put the celebrations on ice since last year, we finally found the perfect place at the perfect time. This property is incredible. Beautifully presented and the perfect short get away for us. We had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect, clean and of course very spacious. Toni was incredible with us from arrival to departure and we thank her for warm welcome and helpfulness. A truly special place and recommend to all. Would also recommend hiring the hot tub, the views are quite spectacular. Thank you to Iain for the assistance changing dates too. Very helpful. GO HERE PEOPLE, you won’t regret.
