This adorable home is fully furnished with brand new furniture and beds. It is 3 blocks from Mayo Clinic and features hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances & 2 fully remodeled bathrooms. Enjoy grilling on the patio in the private backyard. The master suite has a new King sized bed with fine linens, a sitting area with TV and an office. The other two bedrooms are located on the main floor & have brand new queen-sized beds & fine linens. Walk to nearby parks, trail system, eateries & grocery stores. This house has it all!

Perfect place for our Mayo Clinic surgery

This property was perfect for our stay for my adult son’s surgery at Mayo. He and his wife had privacy in the downstairs “suite” - 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and I had a nice getaway place upstairs in a very large bedroom and bathroom. Lots of room all around. Kitchen was well appointed, everything we needed. Washer/dryer was great to have since we were there for 2 weeks+. Weather was unseasonably warm so we could walk a lot - you could even walk to Mayo Clinic. Pretty park nearby with walking trails. Coffee shop and restaurants also walking distance. House even has a piano! Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Spot for Visiting Mayo Clinic

This properties location is great if you are going to Rochester to visit Mayo Clinic. They neighborhood is great, and it is located close to shopping & dining. The house was clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great experience

This is a clean, cozy, and comfortable home in a nice, quiet neighborhood and very close to the Mayo Clinic and downtown. The hosts were very responsive and made our stay easy. Very comfortable bed and plenty of space, especially for two people having to work virtually during this trip. Highly recommended.
