About this property

The Ritz- Lakefront Tiny House in Orlando

Just because it's a tiny house doesn't mean you have to skimp on style! With an open floor plan and high ceilings, this tiny home is filled with light and air. The Ritz has high-end finishes, including a full-size, stainless steel fridge, glass stove cooktop and Italian tile throughout. Your tiny house stay won’t be a tiny experience...relax and unwind, enjoy sunrise yoga by the lake, and use our amenities to fish, kayak, and explore the natural beauty of Orlando!

The first thing you notice when you walk into this tiny house is how spacious it is. This not-so-tiny house can comfortable sleep 5 adults, with two loft spaces and a studio couch downstairs. A beautiful view of the lake is framed by a picture window, so you can enjoy it from inside or out. Lots of counter space makes this tiny house perfect for cooking, making for a comfortable short, or long stay.

The Ritz was displayed at the 2017 Covering Show for architecture & design, tile, and appliances at the Orlando Convention Center. This stylish tiny house made its way to Orlando Lakefront, becoming our 17th tiny house! We now have over 30 tiny homes in the neighborhood.

** This house is pet friendly with an additional $40 fee (pet fee collected separately after booking through the AirBNB resolution center)

Home access: Each tiny house has a secure combination door lock. Fun stuff to access: Enjoy the lake with a paddleboard and a two-person in tandem kayak (converts to a one-person). Relax on our two fishing docks (2 fishing poles available). There is also an on-site guest/resident coin laundry.

For your convenience, there is an on site manager that lives in the orange house next to the dock. He will be more than happy to help you with any problems or questions you may have. If he is unavailable, feel free to email me with any questions, or problems. -Adam

Our peaceful tiny house community is on beautiful Lake Fairview, a public ski and fishing lake. It is also a bird sanctuary! Residents and guests alike are able to enjoy Florida's lake life. Bring your own canoes, paddles and fishing gear, or enjoy the two-person kayak and fishing poles available for guest use. The nearby college Park neighborhood has shops, cafes and eateries. There is a Walmart, Publix and also a Walmart Neighborhood Grocery as well. There are a few convenience stores within walking distance. Our growing tiny house community is in a light industrial side of town with resident tiny homes and some RVs as neighbors. The community is well lit and safe. The view across the lake are multi-million dollar homes. A big lifestyle for a tiny price tag. Orlando Lakefront is the only tiny house community in Florida and the largest in the nation. Tips and Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
When turning on the shower make sure you don't turn the hot water on full blast for too long. It will drain the hot water tank. If you turn it on slower you will have a good 15 to 20 minute shower. When turning on the water the shower head might be facing out. Be careful you might get sprayed.

The marble in the kitchen is real and can stain. Please do not put anything like wine or coffee or anything else on it that might stain or chip it.

There is a grill that is near the smaller dock. It is a propane grill and all the BnB rentals are welcome to use it.

There is a coin Laundromat in the Green Building near the center of the park that will do everything in about 45 minutes. It is a $1.75 for the washer and $1.75 for dryer.

The AC/Heat is adjusted by using the remote or on the unit. Note: The snowflake symbol means “cool” and the “sun” symbol means “heat”. When selecting “Sun”/Heat wait a few minutes and the heat will come on.

1. There is a combination passcode on the front door of your tiny house. Please call, or send me a text at 407-936-4094, and I'll send you the combination.
2. The Wi-Fi network and passcode are listed in the email.
3. There's a remote on the counter for the AC, heat and TV.
4. Please do not put food (grease, food prep, plate scrapings, etc.) down the sink drain. Please flush toilet paper ONLY. Do not flush other items down the toilet. Thank you!
5. Please be respectful of the community's residents and other guests.
6. When checking out please clean up after yourself, clean dishes if you used any, leave the AC/Heat on Auto set to about 74, and leave bagged trash right outside the door.

The cleaning company will charge extra for excessive cleanup duties outside of changing linens and sanitizing the tiny house.
$250 fee for smoking in the house

**PETS: This house is pet friendly with notice. If your pet is larger and sheds a lot, please help us with cleaning up the dog hair. All pets must remain on leash at all times and be cleaned up after.

Excellent Staycation
Really enjoyed our time in the tiny house. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable plus it was pet friendly. The manager met us when we arrived, the owner also checked on us. My boys loved the paddle boards and kayaks and spent the entire time in the lake. The community is charming and close to all the parks and restaurants. Thanks again!

Ridiculous Ritz
10 days post hurricane Ian was checkin. No courtesy email stating the lake was contaminated and no outdoor amenities were available. No signs posted on property as such. Had to request a grill. Pictures are deceiving! You are located at the end of the lake, next to an industrial center and train tracks. No privacy... these are stacked on top of eack other. Leaky shower squirts all over ceiling, toilet rocks on floor, 2 dishes, uncomfortable sleeping, and extremely awkward to get to both overhead beds, and ants. Location is in a questionable area at best. Owner did answer the texts in a timely manner, however, I question how often these properties are inspected.
