staff was so nice and the check-in process was easy. it was just a short walk to universal so that was super convenient for us! the room was very clean, and streaming services were programmed into the tv which was nice as well! breakfast was good, so overall it was a great stay for the price!

Great experience. Few of the things that this hotel offers that we loved - no parking fees, complimentary breakfast and late checkout 12:00 pm, that on top that it was just a 12 min drive from Universal EPIC was a huge convenience. Will surely stay here in future.

This was a great place to stay! Free shuttles to all Universal parks, although you could walk the mile to CityWalk in about 25 minutes (and we did it several times as the shuttle only runs 4 times each way). Great breakfast, helpful front desk, free parking and bag storage if you arrive prior to checkin. The rooms are fine: nothing fancy but absolutely nothing lacking. Several restaurants are just across the parking lot. Highly recommend!
Along the walk to CityWalk, which includes a very nice elevated walkway over Kirkland Road.
