The Hotel Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando, apparently bumped us for Platinum members. We called to verify reservation the day before and all was good. We arrived the next day around 8pm . We and another family were both bumped from our reservations.It was very upsetting to say the least.They were able to find another hotel with vacancy for our family as well as the other family. Disturbing all the same.

This is a hotel- Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Pictures and communication were very deceiving. Acted as if everything was handled by another company but it was actually just the hotel. Not sure how a hotel got put in VRBO.

The staff were polite & pleasant, complimentary breakfast was very good each morning & our room was restocked & cleaned everyday we got back! Perfect location especially if you’re going to the universal parks! We had a great stay.

I stayed two nights, and had a great experience. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast service was ideal for the stay. I definitely recommend staying at location, which was in great proximity to theme parks and restaurants.
