Step outside onto the upper deck, where a propane BBQ and comfortable seating await, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining while enjoying the crisp mountain air. For added convenience, a half bathroom is located upstairs, and a baby gate ensures safety for little ones at the top of the stairs.

Venture downstairs to discover two well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed and a smart TV for your entertainment. A Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub and shower provides easy access for guests. The expansive lower deck is lined with trees and offers ample seating and dining options, making it a fantastic space for gatherings or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

With WiFi available throughout the cabin, you can stay connected while enjoying the great outdoors. Conveniently located just two miles from Arrowhead Village, you'll have access to shopping, dining, and seasonal entertainment. This home, like many in the mountains, does not feature air-conditioning.All vehicles are required to carry chains during the snow season.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
