I had a wonderful stay at this Tampa property! The home was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept so well. My dogs and I especially enjoyed the backyard and pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and getting some fresh air. Everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely come back again!

This house was awesome!! It had everything you could possibly need!! They have tons of games to play (pool, golf, dart, air hockey, board games…you name it). The backyard was huge and the house was nice! The neighborhood wasnt the best but it’s super chill and quiet and truly super central to everywhere! Would definitely go back and stay there again!

Beautiful home

Our stay was excellent. The house is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities. Communication with the owners was fantastic. Worthwhile if looking for home with easy access to Tampa, St. Pete, or even Clearwater.

Great Spot

This was a super convenient location to everything we wanted to do. Host was responsive but we honestly didn’t need anything. Would have loved to have had the opportunity to heat the pool but otherwise couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Comfortable Family Getaway

The home was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family if 4 adults and four legged friend. The backyard and pool area were large and set-up with family-friendly activities. Dallas made us feel welcome, even offering tips for local activities.

Great property! My teens and I enjoyed the house. It was enough space for us to enjoy each other's company and also to retreat to our own rooms. The pool was great and my two competitive swimmers enjoyed it immensely.

Excellent Getaway

The property is well maintained and has several wonderful amenities. Dishwasher, coffee maker, consistent pool care, and a grocery store 5 minutes or less away. The location provided the perfect base camp to explore Ybor City, go kayak fishing, watch a Tiger’s spring training game, and just relax and soak up the warmth. The internet was also excellent during our stay.

Property was clean and easy to access, only minor issue was it was advertised as “sleeps 8,” but realistically sleeps 6 unless the other two want to sleep on a chaise and a couch. For us it was a minor inconvenience. The rest of the weekend was good, house was cozy and the pool area was a nice welcome ammenity.

Gasparilla Festival!

This property is a gem! We booked because it’s dog friendly and ended up not bringing the dogs. But would have been perfect for them. Huge fenced back yard area great pool, inside was clean and cozy. Stocked with k cups. Host was attentive. We came for gasparila and had the best time! Easy Uber ride to water street and down town area. Quiet neighborhood, I will stay again next time I’m in town highly reccomend !

Location! Location! Location! Cozy Getaway.

Here to celebrate daughter's 19th birthday in Tampa, FL, we selected this property and stayed 9 days for its prime location, just a short five minute ride to everything downtown Tampa has to offer, to include the Riverwalk, fine dining (Haiku restaurant is a must) and the gorgeous shops of Hyde Park village. This dog friendly property allowed us to bring our beloved Teddy Pendergrass, who enjoyed the park, with walking trails around the lake right across the street. Having our own private pool was the best! The very quiet tree-lined neighborhood has a quaint vintage and ecclectic vibe for architectural lovers like myself. Now to the house. There are 3 bedrooms with luxurious bedding, closet space and tvs, one bathroom fully stocked with any items you may have forgotten to pack. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and your favorite cocktails. The living room has plush and ample seating with a large flatscreen roku tv. The garage is converted into a gameroom with a pool and foosball.table for your enjoyment. The yard is completely fenced in, which allows your pooch to enjoy being outside with you. Clearwater and other oceanfront and bayside beaches are a short distance away.
