This cozy 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is perfectly located across from the Bear Back Poma Lift for easy ski-in/ski-out winter access. In summer, enjoy Lake Levinsky and Basecamp just minutes away. Relax in the private hot tub with Lone Peak views or fire up the gas and charcoal grills for a mountain-view meal. A private mudroom, boot warmer, and garage add convenience year-round. Black Eagle 3 is professionally managed by the local Two Pines Properties team.

As with many of the properties in Big Sky, this condo has NO AIR CONDITIONING. For a true Montana experience, we recommend our classic "Montana A/C": open the windows at night to let in the cool mountain air, then close them and draw the blinds first thing in the morning to keep the cool air inside throughout the remainder of the day.

A beautiful mountain retreat

This was my first VRBO and I was so pleased with two pines. The house was amazing and so clean. We used ship ski and they put them in our house and shipped them back for us. Above and beyond. So polite and quick to respond to my questions. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Perfect ski home!

The great room was spectacular- beautiful views, comfortable furniture. Very close to restaurants, an easy walk even in frigid temperatures! The 2 main bedrooms had queen size beds. To sleep 10 peoples one would need to have 2 people sleeping on couches(though very comfortable) and 2 on an undersized pull out( short in length). It worked for my family but there were only 5 of us... There is a garage full of wood for roaring fires and a large kitchen to cook in (I only used for breakfast). We had a wonderful time and loved the skiing at big sky

Great place for family ski trip

We spent Thanksgiving week here and had a great time. We are family of 5 and had plenty of room (including for a 3 year old and 9 year old). Just a short walk up the hill to catch the lift, and a 10 minute drive to the village. Everything worked great!

Perfect Space & Location

Myself, my husband, our 14-week-old, and my sister, her husband, and their 2-year-old all enjoyed our stay here very much. It is a short (0.3 miles) walk up a small hill to the resort center, which made it perfect for us to come and go throughout each day. The hot tub was large enough for all four adults, and the rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable! We also loved the outdoor seating on the top deck and the large and comfortable living room. Best of all, when we had a little trouble with one of the patio doors, Two Pines sent up a repair man within 15 minutes and had it fixed. Really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back in the winter!

Big Sky Perfection

This property was perfect for our family. Great location near Bear Back Poma Lift was easy and convenient. Walk up the hill to the base for shopping and dinner. The condo itself was beautiful with everything as advertised or better. Super clean. Very comfortable. Wood burning fireplace was a very nice perk for us as that just seems right for the mountains. Kitchen was well stocked with all that you'd need to prepare a meal. Hot tub was amazing too! We had a great time and will be sure to rent again from Two Pines.
