Beautiful sunny home near Campbell Road and Rio Grande. Quiet (at end of cul-de-sac), 2 bedrooms, large fully equipped kitchen with eat at island, living room. A wall of sliding doors in the dining room opens onto a large screened porch that seats 9 plus, and the shady back yard. Fabulous location: 2 miles north of Old Town, less than 2 miles to most of Albuquerque's museums, the bio park (zoo, aquarium, gardens), Rio Grande Nature Center, bike path. Surrounded by walkable paths, near health food store, and fantastic Rio Grande Bosque bike path. Close in North Valley tranquility. Just 1 mile north of I-40.
For easiest Balloon Fiesta access, rent bikes! Only about a 45 minute ride north, (about 7 miles), and free bike parking!
