My dad and I run the property together. I was born and raised in New Jersey, but when my dad moved to Saratoga in 2019, we all fell in love with the area.
I love that we have the privilege of owning a property that facilitates family vacations and reunions, wedding weekends, friends getting away together, SPAC concert goers, etc. We've been hosting for over 5 year and now have multiple repeat guests that stay with us every year - it's so special that our home brings people together.

Why they chose this property

Our house is unique in that on one side you have the lake, and on the other are beautiful rolling hills and horse farms. It's less than 10 minutes to the track, less than 15 minutes to downtown, yet when you're at our home it feels like you're "away."

Our home is so close to downtown and the track, yet when you're at the house you feel like you're "away." The house is clean, cozy and comfortable - especially to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on one of the porches :)
The communal living space makes it convenience for both family getaways, or groups of friends.
