New two bedroom apartment a few meters from the beach and overlooking the sea from the living room and solarium. It has a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, terrace and private solarium, fully equipped. With washing machine, TV and WIFI.
From its solarium you can contemplate the impressive landscape offered by the beaches-lakes of El Cotillo. It is located within a beautiful complex a few meters from the beach. Four people can be accommodated comfortably.

Great location in El Cotillo

A wonderful stay, great location and good facilities in this spacious apartment where we 3 adults stayed for a week. Would definitely strongly consider staying again if returning.

we had a great time in blue COTILLO!

Thank you for your nice, clean and well equiped vacation domicil! We (2 adulds and 2 kids) stayed there for two weeks and missed nothing, the kitchen is complete and useful things like some tabs for the washmashine as well as salt and pepper for example were there and also enough towls and keys for the appartement. We would enjoy to stay there again.

Perfect family accommodation

We booked this apartment because our kids love El Cotillo and its beautiful beaches. Besides beach time, we started every day with a refreshing swim in the nice pool (which is also very suitable for kids who are just about to learn swimming). Moreover, we have been surprised by a nice music festival nearby in walking distance. You can find everything you need in El Cotillo (grocery, ice cream and several nice restaurants). Since we spend almost every minute outside, we do not need a super luxury apartment, so the basic setup of the el Cotillo blue was a perfect match for us.

Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber ein Herd mit 4 Platten wäre von Vorteil. So ist das Kochen ein bisschen wie auf dem Campingplatz. Aber wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nicht weit zum Strand, kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und zu verschiedenen Restaurants. Danke Sigrid und Heinz

Bon séjour à El Cotillo

Appartement conforme à la description dans une résidence sécurisée. Quelques petits jeux de plages pour les enfants. Piscine nettoyée régulièrement. Petite plage à 5 minutes mais nous avons préféré prendre la voiture pour aller sur une plage plus grande avec plus d'espace. Et également au parc des dunes est à 20 minutes en voiture avec une plage de rêve longue bleu azur avec sable fin.

Muy buena experiencia

El apartamento es igual que las fotos, nuevo,muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de las vacaciones. Camas cómodas. No hay aire acondicionado pero no es necesario, con abrir un poco los ventanales se refresca todo el apartamento. Está muy cerca de la playa, y a un paseo del centro del pueblo. Es una zona muy tranquila, sin ruidos nocturnos, perfecto para el descanso y disfrutar de la playa.

Die Wohnung war, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Toller Balkon mit Markise. Große Terrasse auf dem Dach mit Dusche. Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Zum Strand, Lokalen kurzer Laufweg. Echt super!

Appartement agréable et bien placé

J'ai séjourné dans cet appartement pendant 3 semaines en juillet. Il est très bien placé dans El Cotillo (plage à quelques minutes et commerces à proximité). La terrasse est très agréable. Je n'ai pas utilisé la terrasse au dessus de l'appartement qui est très grande car la terrasse de l'appartement nous semblait suffisante et très agreable (avec peu de vent). Au niveau équipements : l'appartement est globalement assez complet. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de four dans la cuisine car la cuisine est grande et cela aurait ou être prévu. Un micro ondes est fourni cependant. Certains équipements semblent assez usés (notamment l'étendoir pour le linge qui se trouve sur la terrasse et a lâché dès la première pose de nos serviettes de plage et pour lequel des frais nous ont été facturés via la caution alors que j'estime qu'il était usé pour ne pas supporter le poids de 4 serviettes....). Aussi, un fer à repasser serait sans doute utile mais en vacances, ce n'est pas très grave. Les piscines (non chauffées) me semblent très bien. Dommage que des personnes extérieures à la résidence viennent en profiter tous les jours car il n'y a pas de contrôle des entrées et venues. Peut être faudrait il changer les serrures des portes d'accès à la résidence de temps en temps ? Concernant le propriétaire ou l'agence qui gère la résidence, je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de les rencontrer . Le mari de la dame de l'agence m' a transmis les clés de l'appartement le premier jour et a été très aimable.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Alles perfekt! Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind und einem Baby eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sergio Alvarez geht auf alle Wünsche ein. Die Kommunikation geht schnell und unkompliziert - alles bestens also! Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt!

IMPECABLE

Cuando alquilas siempre tienes miedo por las típicas dudas : se corresponderá con las fotos ?..., estará limpio?..... Habré acertado?.... En este caso tengo q decir que la realidad ha cumplido con creces las expectativas. Apartamento nuevo, e IMPECABLEMENTE limpio. Iba con 2 niñas pequeñas y este aspecto me parecía muy importante. Tal y como nos advirtió Sergio, la limpieza era muy buena , y desde aquí mis felicitaciones al personal q se encarga de ello. Terraza espectacular a la cual le sacamos mucho partido , tiene una orientación muy buena , teniendo en cuenta q allí siempre sopla el viento , en la terraza siempre podías estar ( no se puede decir lo mismo del impresionante solárium que hay en la azotea d la vivienda , el aire hacía casi imposible su disfrute ). Me encantó el detalle de dejarnos una botella d agua en la nevera y una garrafa de 5 litros fuera, GRACIAS, al igual que hacernos el favor de poder abandonar el apartamento detrás de comer ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde. Respecto al entorno , hay numerosos sitios para comer y a precios muy asequibles... Por destacar alguno, recomendaría La Vaca Azul, que aunq sí despunta respecto al resto en ser un poquito más caro ( comimos 4 personas por 68€), el producto que tienen es de gran calidad y las vistas si coméis arriba espectaculares. Supermercado cerca. Los lagos del cotillo a 2 minutos la playa de la Concha a 10 minutos andando. Si no sales de la zona no necesitas alquilar coche. Si vuelvo a Fuerteventura, sin duda repetiría alojamiento. Gracias Sergio, gracias Raquel. Saludos!

Do it!

Short version: - modern - enough space - clean - perfect location (beach is only down the street) - nice pool (eventhough we couldn´t use it the last two days as they were cleaning it) - fast Internet (for those who have to work) - quiet All in all I was very happy! However there were two things which were a bit annyoing. First, we had to pay 30Euro extra as we arrived after 8pm. It did say in the description, however in spanish so I obviously didn´t understand. Flight was supposed to land at 7:40 pm so it wouldn´t have been our fault to arrive late. However, our flight had a four hour delay so I then understood why we had to pay extra. But 30 Euros? I guess I am just not used to it. And Rachel (the owner I guess) who welcomed us didn´t seem to be very happy about staying up so late. We asked for a second key which was no problem, however, they (I guess it was Rachel) brought us the key at some point when we weren´t there without any notice so that was a bit weird as this makes me feel a bit uncomfortable when you know that someone was there. However, this place is super cool and I would totally come back again. Sergio is very motivated to help and I guess the misscommunication was only between me and Rachel. So go and book your vacation at this place! Thx Sergio!

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Appartement ist sehr ansprechend, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Ausgezeichneter Balkan sowie gute Qualität der Betten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und bietet einen wunderbaren Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Versorgung im Ort lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Strandnahe brandneue stilvolle Ferienwohnung

Tolle Aufteilung, tolle Einrichtung und hervorragende Lage (2 Minuten zum Strand, 2 Minuten zum Supermarkt, 2 Minuten ins Ortszentrum). Einzig der manchmal tagsüber herrschende Baulärm ( noch nicht alle Wohnungen sind fertiggestellt) hat uns gestört, da wir mit 2 Kleinkindern reisten die genau da Schlafen wollten. Poolanlage vorbildlich! Absolut sauber und kein penetranter Chlorgeruch.
