About this property

Beautiful home located in new residential area in Akumal. Amazing jungle view with cenote will make your holiday unforgetable. Our apartment is built like a duplex house. It has private entrance with garden and big cenote view terrace where you can see monkeys, turtles , colibry, tucans etc. . Its a unique house in Riviera Maya because of its
direct view to cenote . You can have your morning coffee, yoga or BBQ in the terrace enjoying nature.
We have a private entrance to the residential pool wich is nearby. Our house is just 1 km walking distance from the beach. Guests have access to cenote near the beach.

Our house is very spacious and has a big living room , dining area , kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Every room has air conditioningwe have 3 big smart TV. Guests will rest on very comfortable beds with memory foam matrasses. we provide new linens and towels. For families with kids we have full equipped kids room ( by request) For the leisure of our guests we have high speed internet, netflix ,X-box and different table games. You can also enjoy amazing Xpu-Ha beach wich is a 5 min drive. Tulum is just 20 min away . You can try delicious Mexican food or discover the most beautiful beach in the world Playa Paraiso. Puerto aventuras is 10 min drive. You can have delicious dinner watching dolphins, seals and another animals

Relaxing Retreat

Leo and Nadia went over and above our expectations in helping with a personal situation we had while there. They were invaluable and saved our vacation! The beds were super comfy, the spacious house was beautiful and surrounding scenery was wonderful - even got to see a mama monkey and her baby in the trees from the back patio. There is a little store close by which was super convenient. Akumal and Tullum were beautiful and just a short drive away. Can't wait to stay here again.

Very Nice vacation

A very nice house with a beautiful large patio. We saw monkeys every day. It was like living in a rain forest. Nadia the property manager was so welcoming and super helpful.

We bought this apartment because of this hidden paradise. this is totally new residential area , natural oasis protected by Government where you still can see wild birds and animals on the street. The modern construction of the condo make you feel that you are the only one who lives here because each apartment has separate entrance. beautiful beach is only for residents . it makes this place unique because there are no people there!!!
