This beautiful, bright, airy, spacious and peaceful house is 10 min to the beach, centrally located, 20 min to Tulum, 40 min to Playa Del Carmen and to the most visited cenotes. Villa Kuxtah is a 2 bedrooms house where you can retreat yourself in the jungle and relax by the private climate-controlled Chukum pool. This contemporary house was designed by a well-known Mexican architect inspired by the Mayan culture. The interior captures a minimalistic Boho style using materials from the region. It is located in Santuario Tulum community. It is fully gated with a one car garage,2 bedrooms each with queen beds and pull-out beds each with an en-suite bathroom,. kitchen, living room, WiFi, air conditioning, washer and dryer. Only 10 min drive or 12 min bicycle ride to the most pristine beach in Tulum Xcacelito. This Villa offers all within reach, 5 minutes to local restaurants and stores, near stunning cenotes like Xunaan Ha , and 5 min to park Xel-Ha, 30 min to Xcaret Park and 17 min to Tulum Ruins. The villa is away from crowds and noise but yet centrally located to tourist attractions.

Jungle retreat for rest and relaxation in

Definitely a jungle retreat House was awesome Managers very awesome with giving information and rides to areas for a pick up Rent a car as you need to go places More information on arrival would be great like wifi We like to cook dinner so more little things like pepper and foiling with bbq lightner would have been great addition Experience the area There are local Cenote’s. In the area that are amazing no need to go to tourist big ones A place for relaxing and being part of the culture

We are a Canadian couple with a Latin heritage that fall in love with Mexican culture. We built this villa with a dream and to share it with others so everyone can experience all it's natural wonders including cenotes, white sand beaches along with an ancient culture that is still alive.

Why they chose this property

This Mayan Villa was designed and built by Mexican Architects bringing the Mayan architecture to a modern style to provide the ultimate in rest and relaxation escape. The villa is away from crowds and noise but yet centrally located to Playa Del Carmen, Tulum, cenotes and other tourist attractions.

What makes this property unique

The Villa is one level, completely private and its main feature is the pool which is the heart of the Villa providing views from every room enhancing the relaxing and tranquility experience. The villa is in the beautiful jungle of Tulum but yet 5 minutes from the town of Chemuyil which offers well known Cenotes, restaurants and Supermarkets.
