Come relax in Auvergne, in the puy de dome, in the region of Combrailles, with family or friends, in a nice country house of 145m2 on 1 Ha of land, where change of scenery and rest await you.
The terraced house is composed of: an entrance room with big table football, a boiler room with washing machine and a toilet,
a fully equipped American kitchen oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer, kitchen utensil and a dishwasher,
1st floor: a large living room with cathedral ceiling, a bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms,
at the 2nd 2 bedrooms.
outside: private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, playground for children, trampoline, ping pong, pétanque pitch, mountain bike trial area.
Private parking.
We are located 15 minutes from Pionsat, 15 minutes from St Gervais d'Auvergne, 15 minutes from Pontaumur so close to shops, bakery, supermarket.
Many hikes to do, many sites to visit and many pond where you can swim, fishing, not to mention our Buddhist temple nearby.
Some examples: Gour de Tazenat, St Priest des Champs waterfall, Vulcania, Michelin, Puy de Dôme, Sancy .......
Montluçon and its medieval city is 45 minutes, Clermont Ferrand is 1 hour.
The rental includes:
- water consumption
- Electricity consumption (if current rate increase will be applied)
- bed linen (beds made upon arrival)
