Villa VIEUX MOULIN: Beautiful fully renovated 4-bedroom villa for 7 people, approximately 2 km from the Giens Peninsula and its beaches (Almanarre, Plage du Sel, La Bergerie, etc.), in the residential area of Costebelle, facing the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Île du Levant).
Quiet and ideal for family vacations.
The house is approximately 130 sqm on 2 levels with a beautiful terrace, a lovely garden, and a large pool.
On the ground floor, a large living room opening onto the terrace and the garden, dining area, separate equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with shower and toilet, a single bedroom with a 90 cm bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a toilet.
On the 1st floor, a turret bedroom with two 80 cm beds.
House amenities: hob, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, television, garden furniture, WIFI, parking.

4* RATING IN 2019
To be paid on-site: security deposit (850 euros), tourist tax.
Possibility to rent linens: 20 euros for double beds and 12 euros for single beds per change, 8 euros for the towel kit.
