Located on the edge of a 500-hectare forest, this "ECOGITE"-certified house was built entirely with sustainable development in mind (certified wood, photovoltaic panels with heat recovery, rainwater harvesting for the bathrooms, reinforced insulation, etc.). The nearby town of L'Aigle also offers numerous activities and services, not to mention a must-see visit to the Bohin factory.
