In the Heart of Harwich Port & 2/10 mile to Bank St Beach

We are situated South of Route 28 in the heart of Harwich Port and less than a 5 minute stroll (just 2/10 mile) to the beautiful Bank Street Beach. Sea Haus is a coastal inspired, 3 bedroom 2 bath home.

Our home was built in 1990 and sits just off lively Main Street. After hitting the grocery store, plan to park your car for the week! You will be steps from amazing dining options (The Port, Embers, Mad Minnow, Hot Stove and Sundae School Ice Cream, to name a few), boutique shops, and art galleries - all while enjoying the privacy from a fully fenced in property.

The first floor features an open floor plan living and dining room with a large picture window and sky lights. There is a gorgeous fireplace that adds warmth and character to the beach-chic inspired decor, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, first floor bedroom featuring a queen sized bed and full bathroom with shower. The second floor features cathedral ceilings and brand new plank flooring with two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a gorgeous fireplace, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features two sets of built in bunk beds (twin over full). WIFI throughout. The second floor bathroom features a double vanity and tub/shower. The basement is the perfect hang out! Large smart TV/ DVD player, ping pong, foosball & board games to appeal to any age child, as well as the laundry room.

Outside you will enjoy the enclosed (hot/cold) outdoor shower and time relaxing on the patio grilling up your favorite burgers or seafood. There is plenty of space to enjoy a game of bocce, horseshoes, spike ball or badminton in the large grassy yard.

Cape Cod and Harwich have so much to offer. Make sure to take a ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or watch the Harwich Mariners play in a Cape Cod League baseball game. Go a round or two at the 9 Hole Harwich Port Golf Course, or take on the beautiful 18 Hole Cranberry Valley Golf Course. And don't forget to enjoy the Harwich Port Stroll every Wednesday night in July and August featuring live bands and fun for all!

No smoking, no pets. Seashell driveway fits 4 vehicles. Beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach buggy available.

Perfect location!

The SeaHaus was perfect for our annual family vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. It’s right off Main St with lots within walking distance including Bank St beach! House was the perfect size for our family of 4 and has a great yard to run around in and play with the kids. We will be renting again!

Perfect Home!

We had an amazing 10 days in Harwichport! This house is beautiful! It’s in the perfect location-close to the beach and to downtown Harwichport! We loved walking to everything. The house was clean, bright, comfortable, and fully stocked. Communication with the owner was thorough and they left us great resources. We can’t wait to go back next year!!

Great spot for a Cape vacation!

The Sea Haus was a wonderful spot for our family (family of 4 with two young kids and 2 grandparents). The house has been beautifully updated and is comfortable and clean. The outside couldn’t be better with flat lawn space, swings, patio and awesome fire pit. Easy walking distance to Bank st. Beach and all the beach chairs and extras provided were very convenient. The house is right in town so easy access to restaurants and shops as well. Noise from town wasn’t much of an issue either. Our kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and the master bedroom upstairs is lovely and spacious. Upstairs bathroom is great for multiple people with the double sinks. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are on the small side so worth factoring that in when deciding who sleeps where. Parking is tricky because the driveway is accessed through a shared lot for a few places on main st, but worth it and we barely had to drive because we could walk so many places! We would love to stay here again!

Family vacation

We just returned from a stay at SeaHaus. This is a WONDERFUL family home and location! Everything you could possibly want or need is there. Amy, the owner, was fantastic. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to rent for a family vacation. It’s a perfect location to Main Street and to the beach. There’s a great fenced in yard for outside activities. We will definitely return to this house for vacation.
