We're so glad you enjoyed Sunset 1 over the holidays Kristen. Come see us again!
Our family, all adults had the best stay in this fabulous rental. Plenty of space and we had a comfortable stay. Great host with lots of helpful suggestions for the area and great communication. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we would love to stay here again.
The house was clean and inviting. The living room was very comfortable, and it accommodated several guests. The beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great stay.

We're glad your stay at Sunset 1 was enjoyable Kelly. It was a pleasure hosting you.
Thank you,
Tamlyn
The property was very clean and spacious for our group of 6. Two more people would have fit in comfortably also. The kitchen (and grill) was well supplied with items for us to cook meals, and the laundry was large enough for big loads. We really liked the local scene near 13th Street for dining and ice cream!

Online states there is a King sized bed, however they are both queen. Everything else was great though.

We're glad you had a blast and enjoyed your stay. This home does not have a king bed. If you could please let us know where it states that, we would like to fix that verbiage. We look forward to hosting you again!
Conveniently located, quiet neighborhood. Living area needed some TLC (rug and under couches vacuumed). We could hear the people in the unit next to us go up and down stairs, which i wasnt expecting. It still worked well for our 2 family get-a-way.

Repeat Guest and we will be back
We had another wonderful weekend in Boise and at Sunset 1. This is our third time staying at this property and it was, once again, exactly what we had hoped for. We love the location in the Sunset Park area which is close enough to BSU, but out of the crowds of parents and homecoming weekend. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We enjoy walking the neighborhood and around the park. Property managers communicate well and are very responsive. We can’t wait to come back.

Liked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
As advertised
Clean, functional property in good working order. Remodeled but dated property. Small bathrooms and kitchen compared with more modern properties. Cheezy $20/hr. early check-in charge. Professional, institutional management approach.

The pictures provided on VRBO are very representative of what the property looks like, there are no hidden surprises, and representative of the price point paid. We require a $20 an hour fee for any check in if available before 3pm, normal check in is 4pm. We are a local family run business here in Boise and manage over 55 properties. That fee is if we have to rearrange cleaners schedules or hustle to a property that may have a maintenance issue before next guests arrival. We strive to give all of our guest a 5 star stay. Out of 32 reviews 6 are 4 star the remaining or all 5 star.
seems like a cheap flip. it was clean. kitchen was adequate but not great. furniture was cheap. had a smoke detector with bad battery, grill was out of gas, one room has faint smell of urine. for the price with all the extra fees I have stayed at better. will not stay with again.
We arrived after dark and the front porch light was on to welcome us. ( so nice)
The house was very clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Full kitchen, fresh linens and comfortable beds.
Neighborhood seemed very family friendly and safe.
only concerns:
No iron 😟but when I called they brought one under 1/2 hour (Thanks)
The only thing I missed is a place to put my curling iron,
Make up, or tooth brush while using the bathroom next to the kitchen. Or a mirror in that bedroom.
Overall it was a wonderful home and I would highly recommend it for a visit to Boise.

We stayed here with family and it worked perfectly for us and all our kids. Nice central location and easy to get to all the places we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again.
This is our second stay. The property was perfect. It was very close to our relatives and an easy bike ride to the green belt. The layout was convenient with plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms for a family. We will definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our time at this property. The home had been recently renovated. The owners / property managers made us feel welcome and facilitated check-in. The house is lovely--well-appointed, plenty of parking, nice furnishings. The older established neighborhood is in various stages of consistent maintenance, renovations and rebuilds along tree-lined streets. There's two good looking, modern new builds across the street from this property. I wish the mattresses were more comfortable, and that the bunkbeds weren't squeaky, but none of that affected my sleep. We were there over the July 4th holiday, and I'm happy to report the neighborhood fireworks seemed to taper off by 10:30 pm.
We had a great time & the home worked well. My only suggestion is that the kitchen needed HELP in the utensil area. Glasses were great! Space was great. But the cooking utensils were in need of replacement. No cookie sheets, no wooden spoons, the one spatula was bent and extremely flimsy. Usually, when I stay in VRBO's the kitchens are usually stock in spices. This one didn't even have pepper. Other than that area of the house it was great!

Perfect Boise VRBO
This place was an awesome place for our family of 4 for our week stay in Boise! Perfect location within minutes of downtown in a very nice and quite neighborhood. The house itself was very clean and well stocked with the essentials! A definite must stay at place in Boise!
