This vacation apartment features an open-plan kitchen/living room with a sofa bed for two, a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a 13 m² terrace.

The advantages of this seaside rental: functional accommodation (TV, Wi-Fi), close to the town center and the beach. Spacious terrace furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers, offering a magnificent unobstructed sea view. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Bel emplacement mais manque d’entretien

Appartement très bien situé, proche du centre-ville avec une vue magnifique. L'agence Foncia est très professionnelle, agréable et réactive. L'absence de parasol ou de store extérieur est à déplorer. Nous n'étions pas en mesure de profiter de la terrasse le matin et à l'heure du déjeuner car il faisait trop chaud. Du chiendent pousse sur la terrasse.... De plus, le store principal de la baie vitré est en très mauvais état (il s'est même bloqué lors de notre séjour). C'est dommage, cet appartement serait plus agréable s'il était mieux entretenu et climatisé (il fait extrêmement chaud à l'intérieur).

Studio très bien situé au centre de Banyul, et surtout de la plage (3mm à pied), très bien équipé avec une terrasse spacieuse et dominante sur le port et la plage.

Nous avons annulé notre réservation en nous rendant compte qu'il n'y avait ni table, ni chaises à l'intérieur de la location ! On est supposé manger par terre apparemment ou sur le balcon... même si il pleut ! Tarif excessif vu les prestations ( on paye la vue apparemment !) Pas de remboursement proposé même partiel, honteux, à déconseiller !

Madame, Nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir de vous accueillir à Banyuls. Vous avez annulé votre réservation quelques jours avant. Vous n’avez donc pas séjourné dans le logement. Le logement est prévu pour 4 personnes et dispose de 6 chaises et des transats. La terrasse est spacieuse et permet de prendre des repas face à la mer. Notez que vous pouvez aussi déjeuner à l’intérieur du logement puisqu’il y a un retour dans la kitchenette. Votre avis est quelque peu tranché sur un logement que vous n’avez pas vu. Les conditions d’annulation sont propres au tour opérateur avec lequel vous avez souscrit le séjour. Nous restons à votre disposition, bien cordialement. Foncia BANYULS.
